HR and Training Manager. This role is a generalist post, mainly responsible for day-to-day HR duties within a multi-site team environment, and the design/delivery of a range of management development training courses. The role holder will therefore be required to have robust employment law/legislation knowledge, experience of IIP processes and hold an appropriate CIPD qualification. Experience of working within a multi site company would be an advantage. If you meet the above requirements, have strong written and verbal communication and IT skills, an organised approach and enthusiasm to work within a committed team then send your CV.
